Our Story
Innov8tion was born from a shared vision to create meaningful change in the lives of underserved communities. Co-founded by Jonathan Ladouceur and Brittney Harvey, our nonprofit organization is committed to addressing critical needs such as housing stability, job development, and access to essential resources. Rooted in empathy and fueled by innovation, Innov8tion aims to empower individuals to build brighter, more sustainable futures.
At Innov8tion, our mission is to foster innovation in tackling societal challenges and to ensure equitable access to resources for all. We believe every individual deserves the opportunity to thrive, regardless of their circumstances.
Central to our approach are the eight core values of success—integrity, resilience, accountability,ambition, empathy, innovation, leadership, and a growth mindset. These values serve as guiding principles in our mentorship relationships, educational curriculum, and community interactions, empowering our mentees to become ethical, compassionate, and impactful leaders in their communities.
As a non-profit organization, Innov8tion relies on funding from grants, donations, corporate sponsorships, and fundraising events to sustain its operations. Additionally, fee-based services, such as corporate training workshops or specialized coaching sessions, may be offered to generate revenue and support our mission.

Everyday Resource Access
Community resource assistance that help the community get free access to food, clothing, healthcare service, and other essential supplies.
Youth & Educational Support
STEM initiatives promote interest in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, preparing young people for innovative careers.

Innov8tion is led by a dedicated team of mentors, educators, and professionals passionate about supporting the personal and professional development of young men. Our team includes program coordinators, mentors, workshop facilitators, and administrative staff committed to providing guidance and resources to our mentees, all of whom operate using our 8 core values of success.
