About Innov8tion

Our Story

Innov8tion was founded by Jonathan Ladouceur and Brittney Harvey—two individuals from different paths, united by a shared vision to create real, lasting impact for underserved professionals.

Jonathan, a dedicated professional, faced an unexpected challenge when he relocated for work. Despite his drive and determination, accessing basic resources in his new city proved nearly impossible. Many programs he turned to either deemed him ineligible or offered support so unresponsive and ineffective that he was left to navigate on his own. Frustrated by the lack of accessible, meaningful help, Jonathan knew something needed to change.

Brittney, on the other hand, had spent over a decade working in social services. Day after day, she witnessed how overwhelming and disjointed the system could be for individuals trying to better their lives. Her passion for advocacy and her deep understanding of community needs made her a powerful voice for change.

When Jonathan and Brittney crossed paths, their shared experiences and complementary strengths sparked a powerful collaboration. From that connection, Innov8tion was born—a nonprofit organization built to bridge the gaps in access, empower individuals in transition, and provide a clear path to success through our 8 Core Principles.

Together, they are redefining how support is delivered—making it responsive, inclusive, and truly effective.
